WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

• FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide on orders over $50
• Australia 'Standard'- $10 AUD
• Australia 'Express' - $15 AUD
• International - $25 AUD
  Contact us before placing an order to check if we ship to your country.

• Please note that import duty and taxes may incur for shipping to certain countries. These charges are at the customers own expense.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

• Australia Post 'Standard'
  Allow up to 10 working days 
• Australia Post 'Express'
  Next day delivery, but allow up to 3 working days
• International
  Arrival time will vary with destination, but allow up to 14 working days
• Your Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

• All orders come in a soft grey suede pouch with a polishing cloth and care instructions included. Perfect for gifting and storing.

DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT PACKAGING?

• Unfortunately we don't at the moment, but are hoping to provide a special gift box service in the near future ... stay tuned for this :)
• Purchasing a gift? All our orders come with hand written thank you notes, but contact us directly or leave a message in your order notes if you would like a personalised message to your loved one!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

• All customers must contact Muthu Jewellery within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
• All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the buyers own expense.
• Please provide your order number and contact details
• All items must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
• Also, please respect that there are strictly no returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

WHAT IS YOUR RING SIZING?

• We strongly advise viewing our 'Ring Sizing Guide' and product dimension details before placing an order to ensure it is the right size for you. This link can be found on the top right-hand side in product view.
• Tip - At the end of the day is when your finger size is largest. Try on a ring you already own that you find to be a comfortable fit. Measure (mm) and compare the inside diameter of this ring to our 'Ring Sizing Guide'. Contact us if you are unsure.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE OUT OF?

• All our jewellery is currently made of Brass.
• Silver items are Sterling Silver plated and Rose items are Rose Gold plated.
• All our jewellery is nickel free :)
• Please note that each of our pieces are individually handcrafted and assembled. This means that each of your jewels will be beautifully unique in their own way :)
